Our studio affords us the ability to perform exercises in a safe and familiar environment as well as provide therapeutic massage in comfortable surroundings.

It’s not easy and it will make you realise how much you are capable of. You will see some amazing things, not only in the scenery but in the effort put in.
For those who are worried they’re not fit enough, fear not. A basic level of fitness is all that’s required. The exercises are designed to push you, not hurt you. There’s plenty of rest, banter and sightseeing to give your body a chance to recoup and prepare. Starting at 10am and finishing around 4pm every other Sunday, it’s a great day out. Only £35 per person.
For those wanting a challenge of a less exuberant nature, we have guided walks across the South Downs and local beauty spots. £10 per person.
For the crazy brave, we have a full weekend of training. Camping, guidance, nutrition and banter all included. For those wanting yet more adventure we offer horse riding depending on group sizes.

Mesomorphia Fitness NEW Weekly Class Schedule
Monday Morning 6:00am -6:45am & 6.45-7.30am - Sunrise Circuit (Redoubt Fortress, Eastbourne Seafront) Start the week off well.
Monday evening – 5:00pm – 6:00pm - Meso-Eating (The Langham Hotel Bar, Eastbourne Seafront) Kick back and learn something. Each week we’ll cover a different subject relating to nutrition and training. If you don’t know how to fuel your body correctly, then your training is for naught.
Monday evening – 6:00pm – 7:00pm - Bootcamp (Redoubt Fortress, Eastbourne Seafront) Skills are tested and times are set. We record your progress and build on your achievements. Speed, agility, endurance and some great laughs. Want a better way to train?
Tuesday Morning- 6:00am -6:45am & 6.45-7.30am - Seafront Run (Holywell- StBedes) Suitable for all levels.
Tuesday Evening – 6:15pm – 7:00pm – Stretchability (Mesomorphia Studio) Improve your flexibility and release some tight muscles in this popular class with the outrageously bendy Roz.
Tuesday Evening – 7:00pm – 8:00pm – Mesotation (Mesomorphia Studio) Find inner peace. This meditation class proves beyond doubt that your health is not exclusively physical. Let Roz guide you to a healthier mind and soul.
Wednesday Morning – 11:00am – 12:00pm - Meso-Flex (The Beach Tavern- Pevensey Bay) Lots of bendy fun. Improves flexibility using techniques from pilates, yoga and tai chi.
Wednesday Evening – 6:00pm – 7:00pm - Bootcamp (Redoubt Fortress, Eastbourne Seafront)It’s not about tough, it’s about enough! A massive fat burner with toning and strength-endurance at its heart.
Thursday Morning – 6:00am -6:45am & 6.45-7.30am - Meso-Espresso Circuit (Redoubt Fortress, Eastbourne Seafront) A burst of bodyweight exercises to set you up for the day.
Thursday Evening – 6.30pm – 7.30pm - Boxercise (Bishop Bell School) Great workout music, loads of creativity and a whopping calorie burn.
Friday Morning – 6:00am – 7:00am - Crosscountry Walk (Holywell- StBedes) bring a flask of coffee and your best conversation. Dogs welcome.
Friday Evening – 6:00pm – 7:00pm - Power Bootcamp (Redoubt Fortress, Eastbourne Seafront) We lift heavy and right. Strength and Power session to build muscle and perfect technique.
Saturday Morning – 9.30am-11am - £Free Lazy Run (Frankie and Bennies, Sovereign Harbour) join in for a Saturday morning jog to wherever. Join the chat and the relaxed pace
Saturday Morning – 9am-11am- The Crazy Brave Run (Holywell/ StBedes) Leave from StBedes for a Cross-country run. We have 2 hours to get to Belle Tout Lighthouse and back. Then on to Franky & Bennies to join in on the Brunch. This is tough and as such is an Application/Invitation only class for Meso-Members.
Saturday – 11am(ish)- BRUNCH (Frankie and Bennies, Sovereign Harbour) Ok, so it’s not a class, but the social Brunch is held in very high esteem amongst our members. Some bring their parents, some bring their kids, some bring their Viking helmets. Todays brunch is about embracing food and being human.
£5 per person or FREE to Mesomorphia Fitness Members.

An informal chat about what you would like from us, what we expect from you and to find a training structure that can work for you. In short, a chance for us to discuss all the options available to you.
£FREE
4 weeks (1 Session FREE)
You have the option of 2 or 3 sessions per week. The price is the same regardless, hopefully encouraging you to train more often. Sessions are 30 – 40 minutes long.
So in 28 days, you could have up to 12 sessions.
6 weeks (2 sessions FREE)
You have the option of 2 or 3 sessions per week. The price is the same regardless, hopefully encouraging you to train more often. Sessions are 30 – 40 minutes long.
So in 42 days, you could have up to 18 sessions.
12 weeks (3 sessions FREE)
You have the option of 2 or 3 sessions per week. The price is the same regardless, hopefully encouraging you to train more often. Sessions are 30 – 40 minutes long.
So in 84 days, you could have up to 36 sessions.
For Sports Conditioning you may well require a different session structure. In which case we can discuss alternatives.

Sports massage
This a great way to release any tension in the muscles after a tough training session. It will allow you to use your muscles more effectively and help increase flexibility and reduce the chances of injury. Every individual will have different aspects of therapy, it’s not a one massage fits all. You’ll find each session changes in focus as your muscles relax and need less massage. You can leave feeling fresh and relieved of tight muscles.
£30 for half an hour, £45 for 1 hour

THE BIG MOVE
As you may well have heard, we have large and very positive changes coming our way with a NEW FACILITY, bringing with it a MUCH more sculpted service toyou guys and girls.
We are now so dedicated towards helping you achieve your fitness/health targets, that we have become more of a “Group Personal Training” provider, rather than just a group exercise provider.
THE WAYIT WORKS
Every member will have a 1:1 consultation, to define and outline a focus for their training.
Then, on the 1st Monday of each month a fitness analysis/challenge is set up to measure individual progress. The idea being for athletes to score higher and find improvement in the areas they have highlighted. This means on this particular Monday session, we may have up to 6 different circuits going on at 1 time and of course the Body-Stat Analysis for those that require it.
New Facility- A Fully equipped strength & conditioning gym with free weights, ropes, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, cardio section and more. All members will have unlimited access from open to close (opening hours tbc), We don’t believe in restricting when you can train.
We are also introducing what we call KUTA points system to reward you for your persistence and commitment. KUTA stands for “Kick Up The Ass” . . .
- We encourage you to attend 12 classes per month.
- Every new month sees each member start with 12 points.
- If you fail to attend 12 classes, you lose 1 point per class missed.
- Eg. attending 9 classes leaves you 3 classes short, so you lose 3 points.
- At the end of the month we reward members who hit the target of 12.
- The reward is handsome and damn well worth it.
- Members who fall some way short of the golden 12, will receive KUTA contact. Which is a freindly call or text to prompt your attendance.
Also on the agenda are 2 new classes.
- Meso-Balance, the Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi class to aid flexibility, mobility and calmness of mind.
- Meso-Tech, a slow paced session targeting correct technique and posture which will vastly increase the effectiveness of your workouts with us.
Which takes us up to 50 classes per month!
With these changes in mind, we can honestly call ourselves the best fitness provider in Eastbourne when it comes to helping people achieve results. Continued individual attention, guidance and focus in a social and supportive group setting.
Compare this to a gym induction, a gym plan on a bit of paper and a receptionist asking how your workout was today . . .
Membership Options (15th March onwards)
Memberships are All-Inclusive (Full gym access and unrestricted class timetable, Monthly Payment Plan)
- £45 per month (No tie in PAYG)
- 3 months £40 per month (Total: £120)
- 6 months £38 per month (Total: £228)
- 12 months £35 per month (Total: £420)
IF YOU CHOOSE to pay upfront, you receive:
£120 = 3 months – Training Shirt
£228 = 6 months – Training Shirt + 10% OFF PT/Massage
£420 = 12 months – Training Shirt + 20% OFF PT/Massage + 1 Free Boot Camp Day
S M A L L P R I N T
From 15th March 2012, memberships will be on rolling contracts. Members on 3 and 6 month deals will be required to give 7 days notice if they do not wish their membership to continue. If a contract expires and we have not recieved notice of your intent to withdraw from the contract, it ties you in to the same contract again.
Do not fear, we will give you reminders when the time comes. And we are not gits.
